DESCRIPTION:

During a leisurely 6 days visit you will be able to visit all main attractions in Guatemala. This plan is excellent to combine with extensions from Guatemala such as: Río Dulce, Izabal Area, Ceibal, Laguna de Petexbatún and neighboring countries: Mexico, Honduras, Costa Rica or visits to Caribbean beaches.

Tour Available in English and Spanish.

Departure every Monday and Thursday.

Day 1 Guatemala City Airport - Antigua
Arrival at the Guatemala City Airport and transfer to la Antigua. Lodging.

Day 2 Antigua
Breakfast. Free day to do an optional tour of La Antigua Guatemala, Pacaya volcano or pacific beaches.

Day 3 Antigua - Chichicastenango
Breakfast. Departure toward la Antigua to make a guided visit in ground transportation accompanied by a Guatemala Travel  guide, of the city, to know the cathedral, La Merced and San Francisco churches. Continue toward Chichicastenango.  Lodging.

Day 4 Chichicastenango - Atitlan Lake
Breakfast. The morning will be spent at the indigenous market, that take place every Thursday and Sunday. After our visit to the market we will leave Chichicastenango toward Atitlan Lake. Lodging.

Day 5 Atitlan Lake - Santiago - La Antigua.
Breakfast. By he morning we will take a Boat (public boat) to visit the Tzutuhil village of Santiago. After the trip, back to Panajachel from where we take a car to go to Antigua. Lodging.

Day 6 Antigua-Airport
Breakfast. Transfer to the Guatemala City Airport and end of our services.
