DESCRIPTION: A short trip through petenera and Mexican jungle to visit some of the most important archaeological sites in the Mayan world, being able to cross one of the most extensive rivers across Guatemala and Mexico and so visiting the city of civilacion Mayan juto the river. Tour available in English and Spanish. Departures day Thursday. Minimum 02 persons. Day 1 Peten Area-Yaxchilán-Palenque
Departure from Peten Area to Sayaxché in a land vehicle on dirt roads accompanied by a guide. After a two and a half hour trip a boat is taken to navigate during an hour along the Usumacinta river toward Yaxchilán. Lunch. The Mexican border is reached where a land vehicle is boarder and used on an asphalt road during three hours to reach Palenque. Lodging. Day 2 Palenque
Visit to the archeological site at Palenque. Lodging. Day 3 Palenque – Airport
